Is the house ready today

We are in a short launch window. The site is live so friends and family can reserve summer stays early. If your dates are important, reserve with a deposit and we will confirm as soon as the home clears our final checklist.

Why a deposit instead of full payment

A deposit keeps the process light while banking, insurance, and local registrations catch up. You still lock in preferred pricing. Final payment is due before check-in according to the agreement we send you.

How do I pay

We use Stripe for card payments and Venmo for guests who prefer it. Both are linked from the Book page. After paying, email us with your dates so we can tie the payment to your stay.

Can I change dates later

We want to be fair as plans shift. Exact rules will be spelled out in your confirmation. Until then, reach out by email and we will work with you when calendar space allows.

What should I bring

A full packing list will live on the House rules & stay instructions page as we finalize outfitting the kitchen, linens, and outdoor gear.
