Reserve your stay
We are in a short preparation window before the house is fully live. For now, reservations are secured with a deposit through a simple payment link. Final balance and house-ready dates will be confirmed with you directly.
Rates
$188 per night, early reservation
Compare at $250 per night standard. Early rate is a twenty-five percent savings. Stays of seven nights or more take an additional ten percent off the nightly rate that applies to your stay.
Pay your deposit
Choose the option you prefer. Stripe is best for cards; Venmo works well if that is how you already send funds. After paying, send a quick note with your name and requested dates so we can match your payment.

What happens next
- We acknowledge your deposit and hold your requested dates tentatively.
- When the home is inspection-ready, we send final paperwork and balance details.
- Deposit terms (refund windows, rebooking) should match what you share with guests in writing; update this page when those policies are final.
